EnergizedLAWN & TREE CARE LLC

Get the stump out and the yard back.

A leftover stump keeps sprouting, dulls your mower blades, invites carpenter ants, and sits exactly where you wanted the new tree, patio, or clean stretch of lawn. We grind stumps well below grade so you can seed, sod, or replant over them.

Below-grade grinding

Standard grinding goes 6-12 inches below grade, deeper on request for replanting or construction.

Tight-access capable

Our grinder fits through standard backyard gates, so fenced yards are not a problem.

Chips handled your way

Use the grindings as free mulch, or we backfill and haul the surplus so the spot is ready for topsoil and seed.

How it works

  1. Locate and mark

We check for utilities, sprinkler lines, and roots that matter before the grinder starts.

  2. Grind below grade

The stump and surface roots are chipped out well below lawn level.

  3. Backfill or haul

Grindings raked into the hole or hauled off, your choice, quoted up front.

Common questions

How long does stump grinding take?

Most residential stumps take 30-90 minutes depending on diameter and species. We can usually grind several stumps in a single visit, which lowers the per-stump cost.

Can I plant a new tree where the stump was?

Yes, with prep. We grind deeper on request and remove the chip load so you can backfill with soil. Planting a few feet off the old center also helps the new tree establish.

Will grinding damage my sprinkler lines?

We ask about irrigation, invisible fence, and lighting lines before grinding and work carefully around anything marked. Tell us what is buried and we will protect it.
